Ingredient:
- Bunaken blue tea
- Hot water
- Simple syrup
- Frothed milk
- Bunaken blue tea ice cubes

Instruction:
Steep 1 gram of bunaken blue tea in 100 ml hot water for 3 – 5 minutes. Strain the tea and let the infusion cool to room temperature. Make some blue ice cubes from this infusion. For the mixture, you can add symple syrup to bunaken blue tea infusion to give more sweetness. Prepare a glass then put some blue ice cube into it. Pour bunaken blue tea infusion into the glass, afterwards gently add frothed milk. Garnish with fresh butterfly pea flower if desired then serve.
